How We Handle Your Information

Information You Send Us

When you request or book service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address, service dates, requested service, material and access details, placement notes, description, and any photos you choose to upload.

How We Use It

We use this information to understand the project, contact you, prepare or schedule an estimate, provide service, maintain business records, prevent spam, and improve our advertising and customer experience.

Website and Advertising Measurement

We may use website analytics and advertising tools, including Google and Meta technologies, to understand visits, calls, estimate requests, booked work, and advertising performance. When server-side advertising measurement is enabled, contact identifiers are normalized and hashed before transmission. We do not send project photos or the private description of your job to advertising platforms.

Service Providers

Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, private file storage, secure payment processing, customer notifications, analytics, advertising measurement, invoicing, or scheduling. We do not sell customer contact information.

Delivery-Address Routing

When you check whether a dumpster can be booked online, the delivery address is sent securely from our server to Google Maps Platform to calculate route eligibility and whether the published travel fee applies. The browser never receives our private dispatch address. We do not retain Google’s raw route distance or duration; if you book, we retain Marucci Enterprises’ resulting eligibility decision, any travel fee charged, the policy version, and the time of the check as part of the transaction record.

To limit automated abuse and unexpected routing-provider charges, each address check also uses a salted one-way hash of the requesting network address in a short rate-limit counter. The raw network address is not stored in that counter. Counters older than 48 hours become eligible for best-effort rolling deletion during later address checks and may remain longer if no later check triggers cleanup or the database is temporarily unavailable.

This use is also governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Payments and Saved Cards

Card details are entered with the payment processor and are not stored by this website. When a booking authorizes future charges, Marucci Enterprises retains only the processor’s customer and payment-method tokens so authorized rental charges can be collected under the signed Dumpster Rental Agreement. Payment receipts and transaction records may be retained for accounting and disputes.

Electronic-Signature Records

For a paid rental, we retain the typed signer name, exact agreement and card-authorization text, terms version and document hash, acceptance times, a protected hash of the network address, device/browser information, booking facts, and payment identifiers. These records document the customer’s agreement, preserve the version that governed the booking, prevent fraud, and support payment or service disputes.

Booking Calendar

Confirmed rental dates, the job address, customer contact details, and operational notes may appear on a private owner calendar used to schedule delivery and pickup. That calendar is not intended for public access.

Photos and Records

Uploaded project photos are kept in private storage for estimating and job records. Submitting a photo for an estimate does not give us permission to use it publicly in advertising. We will ask before publicly using an identifiable customer-submitted photo.

Your Choices

You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information that we are not required to retain. You may also ask us to stop promotional messages. Transactional records may be kept when reasonably needed for accounting, disputes, safety, or legal obligations.
