Photograph the full route—not only the drop spot
Show the road approach, driveway entrance, gates, turns, slopes, surface, intended placement area, and the route the truck will use to leave. Close-up photographs are useful for soft edges, drains, curbs, septic areas, low branches, utilities, and anything else that could affect safe positioning.
- Street and driveway approach
- Gate width and tight turns
- Overhead wires, limbs, roofs, and other obstructions
- Soft, wet, sloped, cracked, or recently finished surfaces
- The exact placement area and pickup path
Confirm permission before the truck arrives
The customer is responsible for choosing a lawful placement area and obtaining any permission required from the property owner, landlord, property manager, homeowners association, municipality, or other authority. Public streets, rights-of-way, shared drives, and managed properties may require advance approval.
Marucci Enterprises may refuse or adjust a requested placement when the driver determines that access, ground conditions, overhead clearance, traffic, utilities, or the surrounding property make it unsafe.
Keep access open throughout the rental
Move vehicles, equipment, locked gates, and other obstructions before the delivery or pickup window. Keep material at or below the agreed fill line, distribute the load safely, and do not move the trailer after placement without written approval.
If conditions change—heavy rain, soft ground, construction activity, new parked vehicles, a locked gate, or different material—contact Marucci Enterprises before pickup so the route and load can be reviewed.
